AI-Tree is your first point of contact when you start a chat. It replies instantly using Tree-Nation-specific knowledge and helps resolve your questions.
If AI-Tree can’t find the answer, it will offer to transfer you to a human support agent or open a ticket — no stress, no dead ends.

After every response, you can rate the answer with a đź‘Ť or đź‘Ž.

A short survey appears, and if you're logged in, we’ll also email you a copy of the transcript. -

🌍 Does it speak other languages?
Yes!
Even though we currently feed AI-Tree only with English-language content, it can respond in many other languages, depending on your message or browser preferences.
🧪 A small disclaimer: AI-Tree is still learning
AI-Tree is super fast — faster than our human team — but it’s still in training.
It only knows what we’ve taught it (which is Tree-Nation content for now). So sometimes it might say “I don’t know” or give an answer that’s a bit off. That’s where your feedback really helps.
