Some sponsors ask to change their forest profile URL — often due to rebranding, simplifying the name, or correcting an earlier input. If that’s your case, you can request a URL update by following the steps below.
⚠️ What to know before requesting a change
-
Yes, your forest profile URL can be changed.
-
⚠️ Once changed, your previous URL will become inactive.
This means:
-
Any previously shared links (in marketing materials, social media, websites, etc.) will no longer work.
-
You’ll need to update those links with your new forest URL.
If you’re fine with that, you can proceed with your request.
🧾 Step 1: Update your forest name
Your forest URL is automatically based on your forest name at the time of creation. If you want a new URL, start by changing the name of your forest here:
👉 tree-nation.com/userProfile/settings
Choose a simple, clean name — this will be used to generate your new URL.
📩 Step 2: Fill out the URL change request form
Once you’ve updated your forest name, please fill out the following form so we can process the change on our end.
