How often should I post updates?

There are 2 kinds of updates:

• Articles that can include a very long text and many images or videos.
• And 'posts' which are very short text + 1 image.

We recommend 1 long article per month with a minimum of 2 per month.

We recommend you post a minimum of 3 short posts per month.
