Access Your Receipts or Invoices

Both Citizen and Company sponsors can access their receipts or invoices for their transactions on Tree-Nation.

For Citizens

If you are a Citizen sponsor, you can access your invoices by:

• Reviewing your tree order confirmation email.

• Clicking the transaction invoice link provided in the email.

• Additionally, you may find them in the ´My Contributions´ section in the ´History of Contributions´ tab. 

For Companies

If you are a Company sponsor, you can access your invoices by:

1. Reviewing your tree order confirmation email and following the transaction invoice link.

2. Accessing your billing section:

   • Log in to your account.

   • Open the user menu in the upper-right corner.

   • Select Billing Section.

Within the billing section, you can:

• View and download your invoices (payments).

• Access receipts (planting records).

• Filter documents for easier navigation.
