Thanks for trying to purchase more trees with us to help reforest the planet, nevertheless, an issue with the payment occurred. It is hard to know what exactly the cause is, however, most of the time below action helps to recover this:

Check your credit card and update it, if needed

Please click here to update or insert new credit card details. Additionally, you could consider activating the credit auto-renewal by clicking here. Note: that your credit cards first need to be working to have the auto-renewal functioning correctly.

Contact your bank

If your credit card hasn't changed and you do not know why the payments are failing, you can contact your bank to ask why our payments are rejected and request them to accept our charges on your card.
Note; A common issue is that your credit card is not configured to abroad payments.
