Recharge your credits for effortless tree planting

How to top-up your tree credits

Go to the Credit your account section.
Simply select the amount you want to credit.
Credit recharge, of the chosen amount, will be activated. Each time you run out of credit, the system will automatically re-credit your account with the chosen amount.

Nicci Suggestion:

3. Credit autorecharge, of the chosen amount, will be activated. If you're planting automatically, the system will re-credit your account when your credit balance reaches 10% of the autorecharge amount.

E.G. Add 50€ in credits, when your balance is 5€, a 50€ credit charge will be triggered.

The minimum amount to credit your account is €10 and only round numbers.

*Note: You will have up to one year to use those credits from the date of purchase.

Tree-Credit Recharge

If you have already purchased on Tree-Nation in the past (by adding credits or activating a subscription), your billing information and payment method will be stored in our system.

If you run out of credit, the system will automatically recharge your credits:

When you plant manually (Plant or Offer), the system will let you know that the Credit Recharge will be purchased by confirming your planting order.
When you plant with a Tree-planting Solution, the system will automatically recharge.

When you plant with an automated tree-planting solution, the system will automatically recharge your credits when you reach 10% of your recharge amount.

The amount of the recharge depends on your plan:

If you have a Plant-as-you-go or Standard plan, the recharge will be 10€ minimum or more if your tree order exceeds the amount.
If you have a Premium or Enterprise plan, the recharge is set as 50€ and 300€ respectively. If you have Pay-end-of-month, the recharge will be at the end of the month, for the exact sum of credits over-spent during this month. (See conditions on the feature page).

None of the different recharge amounts is currently live, so I would exclude from V1.5

Tip: In case you want to modify your billing information and payment method

At checkout, if you have already purchased on Tree-Nation in the past, your billing information and payment method will already be stored and used automatically.

In case you need to modify them, go to Billing or Payment method before you proceed to purchase your credits.
