Your official yearly impact summary — available for B2B sponsors on request at the end of each year.

At Tree-Nation, we provide our B2B sponsors with an Annual Impact Statement upon request.
This official document showcases your yearly reforestation impact, including:

  • 🌳 Number of trees planted during the year

  • 🌍 Tonnes of CO₂ offset during the year

  • 📅 The timeframe covered (January 1 to December 31)

  • 🔗 A link to your public impact page so you can verify and share results online

📄 Ownership of CO₂ Credits

The CO₂ credits shown in your Annual Impact Statement are based solely on trees directly funded by your company. This ensures full accuracy and transparency in your impact reporting.

Here’s how credit ownership works:

  • 🏢 When your company plants trees, you own the resulting CO₂ credits — even if you choose to gift those trees to customers, employees, or partners.

  • 🎁 If you receive tree gifts from other users, the CO₂ credits linked to those gifted trees do not count as part of your company’s impact.

  • 📊 This clear distinction helps avoid duplication or overstatement and aligns with international standards for carbon accounting.

✅ Only trees planted and paid for by your company are reflected in the Annual Impact Statement.

This ownership principle ensures your report showcases your true reforestation and offsetting effort, supporting trustworthy ESG, CSR, and sustainability communications.

🗓️ When can you request it?

The Annual Impact Statement is based on your full-year planting and CO₂ offset data.
For accuracy, it is only available after the year has ended.

You can request your statement:

  • In December (for the current year, delivered in January)

  • In January or February (for the previous year)

We cannot provide it mid-year, as it would not reflect your complete annual impact.

📬 How to request your statement

  1. Contact your Account Manager with the subject:
    Request Annual Impact Statement

  2. Include:

    • Company name (as it should appear on the statement)

    • Year of the statement (e.g., 2024)

    • Your Tree-Nation login email

    • Projects supported

  3. Our team will prepare and send your statement in PDF format.

The statement is designed for both internal and external communication:

  • Add it to your annual sustainability or ESG report

  • Share it on LinkedIn or other social media

  • Display it on your website or office reception

  • Include it in client communications to show your climate commitment
