Manage my contributions
All the things you need to know about how to manage your tree-planting contribution
🔄 Manage your ongoing contributions
You can manage most of your recurring planting plans directly from your account. To do so:

Log in to your Tree-Nation account.

Go to your “Ongoing Contributions” tab.

Find the contribution you wish to modify.

Click “Manage recurrence” — you’ll see options to Edit or Cancel your contribution.

✅ This applies to the following services:

Recurrent monthly or yearly plantings
-
Net Zero Citizen
-
Net Zero Team
💡 Tip: You don’t need to delete your account if you want to pause or cancel your contribution. Keeping your account allows you to keep your forest and all trees already planted — and proudly showcase your impact!
⚙️ Net Zero Product or Climate Subscription
These contributions cannot be edited directly from the Ongoing Contributions tab.
For changes to:

Climate Subscription (also known as Pledge)

These plans are linked to integration settings and billing structures that require our team’s help to safely update.
🧩 How to access and review Net Zero Product settings
If you are currently using the Net Zero Product and want to view or review your integration:

Log in to your account.

Go to the Net Zero Product page.

Click “View code” next to your integration.

Use the “Customize” tab to adjust:

Species package
-
Tree message
-
Language
-
Number of trees planted
-
