Manage your payment card details
Manage your credit card in the Payment Method tab—add, update, delete, set defaults, and track status to ensure smooth billing
💳 View or update your card
- Go to the ´Payment Method´ tab in the ´Billing & Payment´ section to add, view, or update your Credit Card details.
- Once you have added your Credit Card details, you can easily use manage your cards at the ´Payment Method´ section.
🧷 Set card as default payment
- Click on the 3 dots of the card you want to set as default payment method.
- Click ´Set as default´.
- Confirm by clicking on ´set default´
🗑️ Delete a payment method card
- Click on the 3 dots of the card you want to delete.
- Click ´Delete payment method´.
- Confirm deletion by clicking ´Delete´ in the pop-up screen.
Note: In case you have an on-going contribution, you cannot delete a default payment method. If you would like to delete a default card first add a new card and set it as default or select another exisitng card as default payment method.
🚦 Understanding your payment method status
On the Payment methods page, each saved card may display a status label to help you manage your billing information more easily:
Statuses explained

Default – This is your active primary card, used for all automatic payments.

Expiring – The card is about to expire soon. You’ll receive an email notification from us before it expires, so you have time to update or replace it.

Expired – The card is no longer valid and cannot be used for future payments. Please add a new one to avoid payment interruptions.
Add alias
You can use the Add alias option to give your saved cards a nickname, for example, “Company card” or “Marketing budget.” This is especially helpful if you manage multiple payment methods and want to easily identify them.
Keep your payments running smoothly
To avoid any issues, make sure you always have at least one valid, non-expired card set as your default.
You can update your card or add a new one by clicking the green "Add new payment method" button.
