Accepted payment methods

Pay via Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer, or invoice at the end of the month

This guide provides an overview of the payment methods available for Tree-Nation sponsors, including detailed instructions for each method to suit your needs.

At Tree-Nation you can purchase trees with the following payment methods

  1. Subscription 
  2. Credit Card 
  3. Invoice at the end of the month 
  4. Bank Transfer or Paypal 
  5. Payment Options for Net Zero Products & IoT

1. Subscription

The easiest way to credit your account is to subscribe. Your subscription amount determines the monthly credits available for planting trees, which you can use throughout the month.

2. Pay via Credit Card

Easily manage your credit card information for seamless payments:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Payment Method under the ´My Contributions´ section.

  3. Add your credit card details and click the ´Save new payment method´ button to update your credit card details.


3. Pay via Invoice at the End of the Month

Tree-Nation can generate an invoice at the end of each month based on the number of trees planted during that month. The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your forest account and will be payable via bank transfer within 30 days.

How to Set Up:

  • Contact our Support or your Forest Success Manager to enable this payment method.

  • Provide an approximate volume of credits you intend to use per month.


4. Pay via Bank Transfer or PayPal

PayPal (Minimum €25):

  • Send funds to Tree-Nation using our PayPal payment link or directly to paypal@tree-nation.com.

  • Include the amount you wish to credit (minimum €25).

  • If your Tree-Nation account email differs from your PayPal email, specify this in the payment notes.

  • Confirm that your account has been credited by checking your email. Processing may take up to one business day.

Bank Transfer (Minimum €100):

  • Transfer funds using the details below:

    • Entity Name: Neovee Solutions, S.L.

    • Bank: CaixaBank, S.A.

    • IBAN: ES8321001310650200085824

    • BIC/SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX

  • Include your Tree-Nation account email or forest profile link in the transaction’s concept field.

  • Confirm crediting by checking your email. Processing may take up to one business week.

Important:

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within one week, contact us via support chat with your name, email, and the transferred amount.

  • The ordering party is responsible for covering any associated bank charges.

Once your account is credited, you will be able to plant trees without requiring any credit card information.


5. Payment Options for Net Zero Products & IoT

To ensure uninterrupted tree requests for IoT (Internet of Trees) or Net Zero Products, you can choose one of the following options:

Pre-Credit Your Account:

  • Pre-credit your account using a credit card. We suggest e-commerce to start with an amount of 50€-100€ to avoid a high amount of invoices. 

  • an auto-refill will be enabled with the chosen amount and your credits will be auto-recharged when running low on credits.

    • Each recharge will generate an invoice visible in your account under Invoice.

    • A €10 extra credit line is included to avoid interruptions in case of temporary payment failures. You’ll receive an email alert if this occurs so you have time to update your credit card or contact us.

Pay at the End of the Month:

  • If your monthly volume exceeds €200, you can request a post-paid system.

  • Invoices will be generated at the end of the month based on the trees requested.
