This article describes what action you can take if a payment fails
You tried to reforest the planet with us by purchasing more trees, nevertheless, an issue with the payment occurred. It is hard to know what exactly the cause is, however, most of the time below action helps to recover this:
Check your credit card and update it, if needed
Please click here to update or insert new credit card details.
Contact your bank
If your credit card hasn't changed and you do not know why the payments are failing, you can contact your bank to ask why our payments are rejected and request them to accept our charges on your card.
Note; A common issue is that your credit card is not configured for international payments. This also can be reset annually by your bank. Please contact your bank or check this on your bank application.
