How to upgrade your subscription

Increase your monthly credits and impact, and start accessing advanced features

At any time you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan.

To modify your plan;

1. log in on your corresponding account, open your user menu, and go to ´Pledge´.

2. Click in step 1 on ´edit´, and a bar will appear where you can adjust the strength of your Climate Subscription.

3. Click continue and confirm the Project & Species package by clicking on ´continue´.

4. Confirm your payment method and update if required.

5. Proceed to the checkout page.

When you edit a plan, the payment is not immediately processed. The changes are saved and will take effect on the 1st of the month, with your next payment.

Tip: Upgrade or just add credits?

If you need more credits than the amount of your monthly plan, remember that adding extra credits to your account is very easy and can be done at any time. You don't need to Upgrade just for this.

However, if this becomes frequent, it may become cheaper and more convenient to Upgrade your plan.

Cancel your climate subscription

This is always a sad moment yet we respect your decision and hope you will continue planting trees with us using another plan or coming back in the future.

Please reach out to your Forest Success Manager or our Customer Support to request your deactivation of the subscription.
