With this initiative in your company’s meeting calendar, employees can offer trees to their meeting attendee(s), turning gatherings into climate-positive events. To plant and offer a tree to meeting attendee(s), any employee will only need to add an email address (previously defined) to the meeting attendees’ list for this specific meeting. After the meeting ends, the attendee(s) will receive an email with a message and a link to their Tree-Gift.
