      Access your receipts or invoices

      Citizen sponsors can access transaction invoices from order confirmation e-mails, while Company sponsors can access them from their billing section

      Access your receipts or invoices 1-1For Citizens

      If you are a Citizen sponsor, you may access your invoices by reviewing your tree order confirmation e-mail and following the relevant transaction invoice link.

      For Companies

      If you are a Company sponsor, you may access your invoices by:

      • Reviewing your tree order confirmation e-mail and following the relevant transaction invoice link;

      • Accessing your billing section, available from your upper right corner user menu.

      Within the billing section, you can filter your documents by invoices (payments) or receipts (planting records). Access your receipts or invoices 4-1
