3. 🏡 Set up your forest and account

Goal: Create your company account and set up your branded forest - while getting free trees.

🔗 Create an account for free 

Your forest is:

• Your public impact page

• Your communication hub

• Your carbon-offsetting tool 

Once logged in, navigate to the Get Started Page. This is your company's onboarding home base. It breaks setup into a handful of small, guided missions, automatically checks off tasks as you complete them elsewhere on the platform, and rewards you with a free tree for every mission you finish.

4. 💳 Add billing information

Before launching any planting action, you must add:

• 🔗 Billing details

• 🔗 Payment method

This ensures that VAT is not applied, if applicable, and invoicing is accurate.

5. ⚙️ Activate your planting habit – automation or manual

Goal: Decide how to execute your planting habit: automation, API, or manual tree gifting.

Once your account and billing are ready, you can:

• Launch one of our 🔗 planting habits

OR

• Activate the planting solution discussed with your Account Manager 

This is where your planting officially begins.

6. 📣 Launch your communication

Once your planting is active:

• 🔗 Must-have communication - Announce your commitment internally and externally 

• Integrate planting into campaigns, products, or employee programs

• 🔗 Add Website widget

Your impact becomes visible in real time through your impact page.

7. 🎯 Monitor, report, scale

After launch:

• Track your planted trees and CO₂ impact

• Download reports and certificates

• Adjust or scale your planting habit as needed

Your initiative should evolve as your company grows.
